Rules of using FastlyGo

By placing an order or signing up as a courier or partner, you accept these terms. We've kept them short and plain. If anything is unclear, contact us — we're happy to explain.

1. What FastlyGo is

FastlyGo is a marketplace that connects customers with independent couriers and partner businesses. We are not the seller of restaurant goods, nor the employer of couriers — they are independent businesses. We provide the platform, the logistics layer and customer support.

2. Placing an order

You must be 18+ to place an order. Order information must be accurate (correct address, phone number, content). The contract for goods is between you and the partner business; the contract for delivery is between you and the courier. FastlyGo facilitates both.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown before you confirm. Delivery fees, partner prices and taxes are displayed transparently. Payment is made in cash or by card on delivery, or by online card/wallet where available. You receive a receipt for every order.

4. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel free of charge before a courier is matched. After matching, partial fees may apply if the partner has started preparing your order. For wrong, damaged or undelivered orders, contact support within 24 hours — refunds and credits are issued promptly.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use FastlyGo to order or transport illegal items, hazardous goods, weapons, live animals, or anything restricted by local law. Abusive behavior toward couriers, partners or support staff results in account suspension.

6. Liability and disputes

FastlyGo's liability is limited to the order value. We do not guarantee partner-stated preparation times. Disputes are resolved first via support; unresolved disputes are subject to the courts of the country where you placed the order. Local consumer protection laws always apply.
